Addictive Soy & Sesame Bowl
Full disclosure: I crowd sourced the idea for this recipe. And the winner was this addictive combo of soy & sesame. My other damaging admission is I made a mistake when filming the video - normally I love this served w...

Not berry green smart for your health.
ffs your stupid laugh and rambling just yt crap.
I stopped eating green veggies also , they make me sick.
I learned from an optometrist (at a teaching university) that regularly changing your focus length is the best exercise. I spend my career in front of a computer, and make sure I always look away at objects at various distances every few minutes. The type of light is also very important (artificial daylight light/high-K are the worst, followed by neon lights that tend to flicker). In my mid 50s (and going on 30 years in computer development role) and I still don't wear glasses (I also recently passed the eye exam for my driving license renewal) From a dietary perspective, I removed most carbs a couple years back and noticed a definitive/sustained improvement. So diet plays a part in it. But as everyone is different you need to experiment what works for you. In agreement about supplements. They are only useful if you have a deficiency, and that is mostly related to your diet (and resulting health)
So a smoothie
Why have a goal of living a long time? The goal should be to die healthy at whatever age that may be. If you are healthy then there is a good chance of living a long life. After we die dead is still dead no matter what age. There is one chance in 1,000 of a centenarian of living to 110. There is only one chance in a million that a centenarian will reach 120 and there is only one example of anyone doing so, namely Madam Charmont who died in 1997 at 122. The actuarial tables are most unkind to centenarians. Life expectancy is decreasing in many countries and we may have reached #PeakLifeExpectancy. This was true even before covid. Chemicals, poorer quality food and micro plastics are taking their toll.
Interesting perspective- thanks for sharing
Dr Zoe Harcombe has a half hour presentation titled Should We Be Vegan that has some insights you may be overlooking when you vilify BACON
There is no vitamin A in plants food...only beta carotene which can be converted by most people. You don't seem to know that much about your own experiment. I would suggest starting with a binge of the content by Pottenger's Human. Pottenger's cats research inspired some human translation that I think you will find fascinating...the videos are entertaining as well as educational.
Where's the basil?
Add it at the end!
Cool 😎
Tofuur
😀
Great information.
Glad it was helpful!
Getting a kick out of the purists disavowing this as proper mushy peas. Looks tasty to me!
Thé purists don’t know what they’re missing out on 😀
Are yo eating raw chicken 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
Not today 😀
There is nothing roasted about that chicken
I already ate all the crispy bits 😀
Great content, at a great length of video, looking forward to watching more!
More to come!
I love cucumber ❤
Me too now
Looks good
Thanks! It was 😀
Looks good Jules! Thanks for the instruction.
My pleasure 😊
You add a half stick butter and half and half cream and you got a meal.
Yes!
It just dilute the acid
Curious - how do you dilute it?
@@julesstonesoup I mean, fats are acids so it doesn't neutralice the acidity from the lemon/vinegar. But it works because when you add oil the concentration of the other liquid compounds decreases. So good video, it actually works, just wanted to let people know the mechanism behind it
Don't listen to the haters kween just let me know what the
What did you want to know?
@@julesstonesoup I want to know... how was your day miss?
What the
did that actually stay stabilized though?
Yes! I’ve been using this method for years
I love that. Also, how long does mayonnaise last in the refrigerator?
Lasts 2-3 weeks ❤️
Surley this would split after settling because the oil wasnt emulsified properly
No it stays stable for weeks
What the
After watching this I don’t really wanan eat mayonnaise anymore.
That mayonnaise is healthier than the majority of mayo you get from the store or at a fast food joint
Maybe that’s for the best then 😀
What the
Olive oil, lightly fucked, not virgin got it 👍
What the

Just to the the shop that's the easiest
Ooh unless you love where k live and it’s a big drive to the shop 😊

Perfect recipe when you're on a time crunch - and no one will complain! 😆
Exactly! Haven’t had any complaints yet and I’ve been making it for years 😀
Baby you are anorexic 😮. Please go get professional help.
Why isn't her husband cooking?
Good question! I’ll have to ask her 😀
Remember to warm your dish before putting the omelette on it. (I use the microwave on high for 20 or 30 seconds for my plain bowls) Jules, I love your suggested variations 👍
Great tip! Thank you 🙏
I heard that westerners eat cereal, bread, milk, coffee, juice for breakfast, hamburgers, fries, fried chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, apples, bananas, and Coke for lunch, and pizza, pasta, corn soup, black tea pudding, and cake for dinner. Is this true?
Well I can only speak for myself - and no I don’t really eat any of those things on a regular basis - apart from coffee 😀
Subscribed! So glad I found you. I've been looking for ways to use veggie "rice". I love how you give variations. Now I have to hunt for tuna in chili oil, yum!!
Enjoy! And veggie rice is super versatile ❤️
Frozen "veggie rice", canned tuna in chili oil and something your own subtitles decided were "browser leaves." Warming up prepared food is not cooking.
That must be basil leaves! If cooking is applying heat to food it definitely counts - but you’re welcome to stick to your definition 😀
Sardines !! Awesome
Sardines are always a good idea 👍
Sounds yummy I will have to try that recipe time is 8am
Hope you enjoy
Everything is from a packet. It's assembly not cooking
But we’re adding heat so that makes it cooking 😀
You’re supposed to remove the foamy stuff to avoid getting bloated
Good to know - thanks 😊
I been doing that for years but I turn my bottles upside down until I hear the pop of the lid release then open it right way up of course
Great minds 😀
Is it natural peanut butter?
Yes but other PB works fine too
All machines in the UK start with cold water. Bio detergent only works when the water reaches a certain temp. Cold, cool water would not dissolve grease but i agree about hot water cooking stains..it really does.
Only enzymes will actually dissolve the proteins. Biological detergent is needed for this it wont work in cool/cold water. It only activates the enzymes when the water is heated to a certain temp.
Thankyou, will try this recipe
Hope you enjoy 😉
Jules did U use gf flour or can I use gf flour to make them
No flour needed! The protein from the peanut butter acts as the four - so they’re naturally GF
Love those cookies I will have to try them
Hope you enjoy
People are IGNORANT! You need VERY little detergent. More detergent DOES NOT= CLEANER CLOTHES people. Your liquid laundry detergent is mostly water and with your powder detergent you only need a few t-spoons full. I did think washing piwder alone will do the job however you really need some sort of oxygen booster.
Exactly!!
The little bit will not wash clothes
You’d be surprised- just try it once 😀
Not menopausal yet but I'm listening!
It really works - our brains are so power
same here…especially in a Bosch with higher temperatures!
