Addictive Soy & Sesame Bowl
Full disclosure: I crowd sourced the idea for this recipe. And the winner was this addictive combo of soy & sesame. My other damaging admission is I made a mistake when filming the video - normally I love this served w...

I learned from an optometrist (at a teaching university) that regularly changing your focus length is the best exercise. I spend my career in front of a computer, and make sure I always look away at objects at various distances every few minutes. The type of light is also very important (artificial daylight light/high-K are the worst, followed by neon lights that tend to flicker). In my mid 50s (and going on 30 years in computer development role) and I still don't wear glasses (I also recently passed the eye exam for my driving license renewal) From a dietary perspective, I removed most carbs a couple years back and noticed a definitive/sustained improvement. So diet plays a part in it. But as everyone is different you need to experiment what works for you. In agreement about supplements. They are only useful if you have a deficiency, and that is mostly related to your diet (and resulting health)

Why have a goal of living a long time? The goal should be to die healthy at whatever age that may be. If you are healthy then there is a good chance of living a long life. After we die dead is still dead no matter what age. There is one chance in 1,000 of a centenarian of living to 110. There is only one chance in a million that a centenarian will reach 120 and there is only one example of anyone doing so, namely Madam Charmont who died in 1997 at 122. The actuarial tables are most unkind to centenarians. Life expectancy is decreasing in many countries and we may have reached #PeakLifeExpectancy. This was true even before covid. Chemicals, poorer quality food and micro plastics are taking their toll.

There is no vitamin A in plants food...only beta carotene which can be converted by most people. You don't seem to know that much about your own experiment. I would suggest starting with a binge of the content by Pottenger's Human. Pottenger's cats research inspired some human translation that I think you will find fascinating...the videos are entertaining as well as educational.

All machines in the UK start with cold water. Bio detergent only works when the water reaches a certain temp. Cold, cool water would not dissolve grease but i agree about hot water cooking stains..it really does.

Only enzymes will actually dissolve the proteins. Biological detergent is needed for this it wont work in cool/cold water. It only activates the enzymes when the water is heated to a certain temp.

People are IGNORANT! You need VERY little detergent. More detergent DOES NOT= CLEANER CLOTHES people. Your liquid laundry detergent is mostly water and with your powder detergent you only need a few t-spoons full. I did think washing piwder alone will do the job however you really need some sort of oxygen booster.
